Prince George’s County residents with an interest in what happens to the former Six Flags site get a new opportunity to make their voices heard.

The public can now vote on what name is given to the 515-acre project on Central Avenue in Bowie. The website for the project reiterates that goal, calling the vision: “More than a development. A destination the county grows around.”

The details of what will be built on the former Six Flags site remain vague but are slated to include entertainment venues, restaurants, space for businesses, open park spaces, “modern medical and wellness facilities,” and areas where kids and adults can further their educations, the website says.

On Tuesday, the development group opened up the public vote on what to name the project. There are five options, all based around the idea of building and supporting Prince George’s County:

* The Ascend at Central Avenue, which “symbolized growth, progress, and opportunity, reflecting the site’s vision for the future,” the website reads.
* The Gathering, which “captures the vision of a welcoming place where people can live, work, shop, dine and come together.”
* The Foundry at Central, which “draws on the idea of a foundry, where ideas, businesses, and communities are shaped to build something lasting.”
* The Axis at Central Avenue, which “reflects the idea of an axis as a central point where people, businesses, and opportunities come together.”
* The Nexus at Central Avenue, which “represents the convergence of community, commerce, culture, and innovation in one destination.”
