The 293K SF Bowie Town Center shopping mall in Prince George’s County is under new ownership.

The entrance to the Bowie Town Center retail property in Prince George’s County
Nile Equity Group and Community Realty Co. acquired Bowie Town Center, CBRE Executive Vice President Ryan Sciullo — whose team brokered the deal — announced on LinkedIn Friday.

The sale price was $50M, CRC announced in a press release Tuesday. It said it secured a loan from Benefit Street Partners’ CMBS group.

“We are focused on opportunistic acquisitions, like the Bowie Town Center, that fit our investment thesis of long-term ownership of unique assets,” CRC President Joshua Aronson said in a statement.
