MGM National Harbor has offered free parking to casino-goers and guests for nearly a decade. That will stop starting July 13.
Self-parking inside the garage will cost $15, except for MGM Rewards members. The program is free to enroll in and comes with free parking for the member and a guest.
Customers have mixed opinions on the change.
“It might slow down the riffraff, to be honest, if they have to pay for parking,” said Kathi, who gambles at the casino. “They come to gamble. Really, MGM is just a club.”
