Urban One Inc.’s proposed $562 million Richmond casino has a new look and a new name: Richmond Grand Resort & Casino.

The Silver Spring media company and its partner on the project, Churchill Downs Inc. (NASDAQ: CHDN), recently unveiled new renderings as the project approaches a voter referendum in Virginia’s capital city. Early voting for the November election begins Sept. 22.
