Proceeds from personal seat licenses (PSLs) for the Washington Commanders stadium being built at the RFK Stadium site could be valued at as much as $975 million, public documents reviewed by News4 show.
As part of the stadium deal, the District agreed to give the team all the proceeds from sales of PSLs. That’s on top of the billion dollars the District already paid to secure the stadium deal.
The new stadium is expected to seat roughly 65,000 fans, so that’s $15,000 per seat for a PSL. But that doesn’t mean fans will have to pay that much; PSL prices will vary. Some will be far less; others will be more.
