Urban Atlantic, one of the most active developers in D.C. and Maryland over the past decade, has new leaders at its helm.

Urban Atlantic co-founder Vicki Davis speaks at a 2024 Bisnow event.
The Bethesda-based firm promoted Brant Snyder to CEO, Kelli Brooks to chief investment officer and Alan Lederman to chief development officer. Along with Chief Financial Officer Jill Boyd, this new four-person C-suite will take over day-to-day management of the company.

Vicki Davis, Lois Fried and Scott Nordheimer, who co-founded Urban Atlantic in 1998, will remain managing partners but shift from running daily operations to providing “governance, strategic guidance and mentorship,” the company announced.

“This transition reflects our intentional and careful planning,” Davis said in a statement. “We are incredibly proud of this team and confident in their ability to lead Urban Atlantic into its next phase, expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and capturing opportunities that our scale and expertise make possible.”

Urban Atlantic controls land with a planned development pipeline of more than 4M SF, according to the release.
