Casting its net here for industrial assets, Brookfield Properties was again a buyer. The group paid $28.25 million for 2240 and 2270 Beaver Road in Hyattsville.
The approximately 173,000 square foot building traded fully leased, sold by a partnership of former state Senator Douglas J.J. Peters and Joe Incarnato.
Brookfield’s last acquisition was at 8400 Westphalia Road, a 102,699 square foot building on15.9 acres off Pennsylvania Avenue, in Upper Marlboro, for which it paid $27 million.
