Pappas Seafood Co. is bringing a little bit of Baltimore — and big bits of jumbo lump crab — to the new MGM National Harbor casino.
The Parkville restaurant famous for its crab cake since 1972 and Danny Meyer’s Shake Shack, the national hamburger chain known for its creative burgers and long lines are the latest restaurants to sign on to the MGM. The casino — Maryland’s sixth — is expected to open this fall in Prince George’s County.
“It is a dream come true to open Pappas at this prestigious resort,” Mark Pappas said in a statement. “We are overwhelmed by the opportunity to share our famous crab cakes with visitors from all over the world, in addition to catering to our fans in Maryland and the surrounding regions that have been with us for decades.”< Click here to read the rest of the article written by Joanna Sullivan over at Baltimore Business Journal
