MGM National Harbor announced Friday that Live Nation will book and provide ticketing services for the resort’s 3,000-seat theater.
The first acts have not yet been announced, but the pair say in a release that the venue will bring “A-list performers and high-profile events,” those normally reserved for larger arenas, to an “intimate setting with unrivaled amenities.”
The $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor ( up from $1.3 billion, and before than $1 billion, and before that $800 million) is scheduled to open in December. The theater is expected to host musical acts, comedy shows, UFC and boxing events and cabaret, per the release.
