Curio Wellness, a medical marijuana grower and processor, plans to set up its operations in Lutherville-Timonium next year after it goes through the necessary state approval process.
Michael Bronfein, the company’s CEO, confirmed his company is buying a 56,000-square-foot warehouse at 5 W. Aylesbury Road in Lutherville-Timonium for an undisclosed price.
Caves Valley Partners, a Towson-based developer, purchased the same warehouse in October for $5.5 million, according to state property records. Curio Cultivation LLC, an offshoot of Curio Wellness, applied for a growing and processing license through Maryland’s Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission.
