An international hotel brand focused on attracting young vacationers — and offering a suite of esoteric amenities to do it — opened in D.C.’s Union Market neighborhood this week.
Selina Union Market, located at 411 New York Ave. NE, brings 106 new rooms to the growing submarket in a building developed by Brook Rose Development and D.B. Lee Development.
The flagship hotel features amenities like a resident DJ, a four-story courtyard mural, an “on-demand concierge mobile IV” from Pure Drop IV and a “downstairs cellar for dancing” while also providing business amenities like coworking spaces and private meeting rooms.
