Clark Construction welcomed its first class in Baltimore this summer. The goal is to help small business owners hone their skills and knowledge in project management and construction. Clark Construction teaches them how to go after contracts in the market, including its own large-scale projects. The Bethesda-based company is most recently overseeing renovations of the Baltimore Arena and has also overseen construction for Oriole Park and M&T Bank Stadium.
