The Baltimore metro area’s hot residential market posted more record-smashing figures in March, including a 10-year benchmark for the highest median sales price.
The $315,000 median price set a new record in the city and Baltimore, Howard, Harford, Carroll and Anne Arundel counties, according to a report on the March sales volume released Wednesday.
The report showed that a total of 3,647 residential units sold in March — a 14% increase over one year earlier. The median time it took to move a listed house under contract posted at seven days last month, 18 days fewer than in March 2020 and 27 days fewer than in March 2019.
