Amazon.com Inc.’s data center arm recently completed Northern Virginia land deals totaling nearly $233.4 million with two entities, both of which had ties to a company that the e-commerce giant has sued in federal court, public records show.
The deals between Amazon Data Services and both Quail Ridge NCP LLC and Stack Innovation Holdings LLC took place at the end of December in Loudoun and Prince William counties, respectively, where Amazon has been rapidly expanding its data center portfolio.
On Dec. 29, Amazon Data Services sold two undeveloped Manassas parcels located at 10675 University Blvd. and 9650 Innovation Drive to Stack Innovation Holdings, an affiliate of data center developer Stack Infrastructure, for $87.4 million, according to Prince William County land records.
