Gov. Larry Hogan recently spent $1.1 million to buy a large mansion on a 6-acre estate in Davidsonville, Maryland, for his post-State House life.
Hogan and first lady Yumi Hogan acquired the property on Timberlake Farm Road in January, state records show.
The deal gives the Hogans a place to move into after his second term expires in early 2023. It took place five years after the Hogans sold their prior home, a four-bedroom, five-bath estate in Edgewater, for $1.35 million after they moved to Government House on State Circle in Annapolis.
