A mixed-use development could soon be coming to a major intersection in Upper Marlboro.
Green Century Partners LLC, an entity managed by developer Tim Hogan, filed an application with Prince George’s County to build a mixed-use project with multifamily, office and retail on a 21-acre site at the intersection of U.S. 301 and MD 725.
The project, branded as Marlboro Gateway, is scheduled to be considered by the Prince George’s County Planning Board at its Thursday meeting. The application calls for between 100 and 265 multifamily units, between 5K SF and 30K SF of office space and between 1,200 and 75K SF of retail.
