MGM National Harbor has begun to staff its gaming tables as the $1.3 billion resort officially opened its employment center on Monday.
MGM will hire 3,600 employees across 100 positions before the resort opens, scheduled to be around November. One hundred have already been hired, an MGM spokesperson said.
Forty percent of MGM National Harbor employees will be Prince George’s County residents under an agreement with the county.
